Crisis Intervention & Trauma Counseling

Amada serves women and children in areas of extreme poverty and high violence, making them vulnerable to brokenness and trauma. Biblical trauma counseling and care are foundational for breaking generational cycles of dysfunction and hopelessness. 

We offer Biblical trauma recovery retreats, discipleship groups, and counseling on an “as needed” basis. We desire to make this care available to impoverished communities, outside of just our Amada artisans and staff. We believe God’s Word speaks into the broken places of our stories, offering healing and hope.
